Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund. You may use the Merchandise Return label included in your order. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

  • Returns received by mail within 30 days of purchase date will receive a full refund to your credit card for the charged price of the item(s).
  • Returns receives within 61-90 days of purchase date or if they were paid with a Nature Republic Gift Card, eGift Certificate, or online store credit will receive refunds in the form of an online store credit.
  • Items received more than 90 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail.
  • is unable to offer exchanges by mail.

Here are two easy ways to return your items(s):

  1. Returns by Mail:
  • Fill out both sides of the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your return items(s). Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.
  • Package your return items in the original manufacturer’s product box and shipping package (if available). If the original shipment package is not available, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
  •  Mail your return package via United States Postal Service (USPS) using the pre-paid Merchandise Return Label.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Please allow up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account or issue online store credit. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

  1. Returns to Store Locations
    Visit any free standing Nature Republic store to return your item(s).
  • Please bring your Order Summary and Return Form with you, as well as the credit card you used to place your order.
  • If you purchased with your credit card, our free standing Nature Republic store will gladly offer a store credit or an exchange. To receive a full refund on your credit card, please return your item(s) to a Nature Republic Inside store.

Gift Returns
If you are returning a gift and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please call 1-213-425-2188 to set-up the gift return under your account.

Check the “I am returning a gift” box on the back of your Return Form and indicate the reason for return as “4-Gift”. Please fill out all the information on the Return Form. If you do not have an email address, leave it blank.

Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time shopping on may also call us at 1-213-425-2188 to redeem your online store credit.

Nature Republic In-store Purchases
Nature Republic In-store Purchases must be returned at a retail location. We do not accept mail returns for store merchandise.

Returned Purchase Confirmation email
When the warehouse has received your return and it is ready to be processed, you will be receiving a Return Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The e-mail contains the details of your return shipment as well as information about your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 30 days.

The Shipping Confirmation e-mail looks like this:

Your return will be processed and your account credited within five business days. For products paid for by store credit, eGift Certificates, or received as gifts, you may receive your refund as a store credit. For products that are returned past the 60-day return policy (60 days after purchase), you will receive your refund as an online store credit. Online store credits are redeemable on and will be automatically applied to your next online order.
